Location, Location, Location; this guest house is in prime location and within 25 min of the Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, Disney, Sea World, and Universal Theme parks. Getting around is super convenient either on foot or by car. Guest house includes one private parking spot in the back and free street parking in the front. The house is nearly 100 year old. There are some nuance to expect, low ceilings, sound also travels easily, and house is made of wood so we ask you observe our No Smoking House Rule.
